Customer Service Officer

Job description

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Representative, where you'll be the first point of contact for all things local Government, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

  • 2-3 month initial contract on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) with a possibility of extension to February 2026.
  • Hourly rate circa $43-44 p/hr + Superannuation

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven administrative experience in a busy, process-driven office environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A professional and empathetic phone manner
  • Background in travel or aviation sector is highly regarded
