What You'll Be Doing

* Operate a range of broadacre cropping machinery (seeders, tractors, spreaders, harvesters, etc.)
* Carry out machinery servicing, repairs and daily inspections
* Assist with contractors (e.g., spraying)
* Undertake general farm maintenance, including fencing and minor infrastructure repairs
* Monitor weeds and pests and help with control programs
* Work safely and follow established WH&S procedures
* Support seasonal operations such as sowing, harvest and spraying

What We're Looking For

* Experience in broadacre machinery operation (or strong interest and mechanical aptitude)
* A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
* Good communication skills and an eye for detail
* A current driver's licence (truck licence beneficial but not essential)
* Basic mechanical or welding skills highly regarded
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
