Spinifex Recruiting is seeking a Core Yard Technician to join our client's Exploration team in the Central West. This is a casual ongoing role with full-time hours and the opportunity for long-term work.

About the Role:

You'll support the Exploration team with daily core yard and field activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in a small team.

Key Tasks:

• Core cutting, metre marking, and orientating core
• Recording recovery and RQD measurements
• Field work including drill hole and pad staking
• Rehabilitation auditing and reporting
• Supporting surface diamond and aircore programs
• General yard and field assistance as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Core Yard Technician, Field Assistant or Exploration Technician (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Current Driver's Licence and ability to meet site access requirements
