AgriFutures Australia is looking for a motivated, tech-savvy Coordinator, Information Systems and Business Improvements to join our dynamic team in Wagga Wagga. About the Role

Reporting to the Manager, Information Systems and Business Improvements, you will:

  • Coordinate and support ICT-related projects, ensuring milestones, stakeholder engagement, and documentation are on track.
  • Provide user support and training across SharePoint, including managing helpdesk requests and maintaining user guides.
  • Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of the K2 platform (or equivalent workflow tools).
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities that streamline operations and boost efficiency.
  • Maintain ICT asset registers and assist with procurement and lifecycle replacement processes.
  • Provide first-level helpdesk support across all platforms, aiming for high resolution rates and great customer experiences.
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration, including user access, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of ISBI policies, procedures, and system documentation.
  • Deliver ICT onboarding and induction support for new starters.
  • Provide operational support to the ISBI team during high workload periods or staff absences.

Skills and Experience

Mandatory:

  • Qualifications in IT, Business Systems Management, Administration or a related field (or working toward completion).
  • Proficiency across a range of software and information systems.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to good governance practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Interest in the Australian agriculture sector.
  • Experience with Microsoft platforms (SharePoint, Dynamics, Power Automate, etc.).
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g. Nintex/K2).
  • Experience in ICT support or helpdesk environments.
