Our client is a national construction and project delivery organisation partnering with government agencies and private sector organisations to deliver projects with genuine community impact. They are now seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team on an immediate basis.

The Opportunity

Working on a major $3M commercial construction project in the Byron region, this role will play a key part in project delivery from day one. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in construction, building, commercial or civil environments, with any exposure to modular building highly regarded.

Beyond the immediate project, there is strong ongoing pipeline opportunity across:

• Modular building programs
• Disaster recovery projects
• Electrification & energy programs
• Emergency response works (local and interstate)

This is a role for someone who is adaptable, hands‑on, and eager to be part of meaningful project work.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

Technical Background

• Experience in construction-focused Contract Administration
• Background in residential, commerical or some civil environments
• Experience in modular building - highly advantageous

Capability & Mindset

• Professional, adaptable and able to confidently engage with
  subcontractors, project teams, and potentially government stakeholders
• Ability to operate reactively and support disaster/emergency works when required
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to "hit the ground running"

Role Details

• Engagement: 6-12 month contract, hourly rate flexible and commensurate with experience
• Hours: Full-time
