Contract Administrator

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer, review and manage a range of contracts and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and promptly flag risks
  • Support teams and contractors with contract queries and process advice
  • Oversee work orders, invoice approvals, contractor claims and variations
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and billing
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and manage contract terms
  • Prepare reports on contract performance, compliance, and financial accuracy
  • Align processes with HSEQ and company standards
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of systems and team capability

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years' experience in contract administration role (Tier 2/3 Builder)
  • Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle priorities
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with a risk-aware mindset
