Key responsibilities:
- Administer, review and manage a range of contracts and agreements
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and promptly flag risks
- Support teams and contractors with contract queries and process advice
- Oversee work orders, invoice approvals, contractor claims and variations
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and billing
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and manage contract terms
- Prepare reports on contract performance, compliance, and financial accuracy
- Align processes with HSEQ and company standards
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of systems and team capability
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years' experience in contract administration role (Tier 2/3 Builder)
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle priorities
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a risk-aware mindset
