We're seeking a reliable and detail-driven Contract Administrator to join a dynamic team in an ongoing temporary role with strong potential to transition into permanent employment.

Key responsibilities:
Administer, review and manage a range of contracts and agreements
Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and promptly flag risks
Support teams and contractors with contract queries and process advice
Oversee work orders, invoice approvals, contractor claims and variations
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and billing
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate and manage contract terms
Prepare reports on contract performance, compliance, and financial accuracy
Align processes with HSEQ and company standards
Contribute to ongoing improvement of systems and team capability
What we're looking for:
3-5 years' experience in contract administration or an accounts payable role
Sharp attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle priorities
Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Proactive problem-solver with a risk-aware mindset
