We are seeking skilled and safety-focused Civil Carpenters and Plant Operators to join our teams on civil construction and infrastructure projects across Ballina and Lismore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out civil carpentry works including formwork, concreting, and structural installations

• Operate plant and machinery safely and efficiently

• Assist with general civil construction duties including site preparation and maintenance

• Work collaboratively with site teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards

• Adhere to WHS policies and safe work practices at all times

Requirements - Civil Carpenters:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction (Carpentry) - essential

• General Construction Induction (White Card) - essential

• Proven experience in civil carpentry, formwork, and concreting

• HR or MR licence - highly regarded

Requirements - Plant Operators:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations - essential

• General Construction Induction (White Card) - essential

• Proven experience operating plant and machinery in civil construction

• HR or MR licence - highly regarded
