This role is part of a 15,000‑acre broadacre cropping program within a progressive mixed farming enterprise. You'll work closely with an experienced Farm Manager and Agronomist to deliver outstanding results across a diverse and modern cropping operation. Crops include wheat, barley, lupins, canola and lucerne, with additional involvement in hay and pasture management. Comfortable on‑farm accommodation is provided.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on overseer position responsible for leading day‑to‑day cropping operations and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

You will be involved in:

• Overseeing sowing, spraying, irrigation and harvest operations
• Operating advanced machinery and modern farming systems
• Managing diverse crops including wheat, barley, lupins, canola and lucerne
• Contributing to hay and pasture management
• Supporting consistent, high‑quality cropping outcomes

About You

You will bring:

• Experience in broadacre cropping and machinery operation
• Strong understanding of timeliness for crop success
• Irrigation and pasture management skills (advantageous)
