We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Casual Aqua Instructor to join our vibrant team across our three fantastic locations - Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, and Murwillumbah.

About the Role:
As a key part of our aquatic programs, you will deliver fun, safe, and engaging Aqua classes to a diverse community of participants. You will work across our modern facilities, bringing energy and expertise to every session while helping our patrons improve their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic Aqua fitness classes catering to various fitness levels.

• Ensure participant safety at all times, adhering to industry and facility standards.

• Create a motivating and supportive environment for all attendees.

• Maintain a professional, positive, and welcoming atmosphere.

• Work collaboratively with the team across all three pools.

About You:

• Hold a current Aqua Instructor qualification recognised in NSW (e.g., Austswim Aqua Instructor, Fitness Australia Aqua certification, or equivalent).

• Hold a current CPR Certificate (and First Aid desirable).

• Possess a valid Working with Children Check (NSW).

• Energetic, motivating, and passionate about group fitness and community engagement.

• Flexible and available to work across multiple locations and times, including mornings, evenings, and weekends if needed.
