About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Administration Coordinator to join their dynamic office team. Reporting to and working collaboratively with their Office Manager, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of design projects by managing day-to-day administrative duties and supporting the sales and warehouse/logistics teams.

This position requires very high standards of communication and meticulous attention to detail, with key responsibilities including:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks to meet procedures, quality standards and deadlines

  • Greet and assist inbound calls and visitors with a professional, helpful approach

  • Manage projects from start to finish - including raising purchase orders, data entry, client & supplier liaison and installation scheduling

  • Process warehouse paperwork and reconcile company credit cards

  • Create, review, and analyse reports and databases

  • Conduct on-site inventory audits and follow up on discrepancies

  • Identify operational improvements and propose solutions

About You

  • Proven administrative experience and stable work history (2x referees required)

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (advantageous)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and fast learner of new systems

  • Exceptional attention to detail, multi-tasking and time management skills

  • Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and customer focus (essential)

  • Practical problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
