About the role

The role of the Administration Assistant is to support the entire team across all functions of the business to be more efficient and effective. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer the role will also be required to work with other staff including HR, WHS, Projects and Accounts.

About you

As an administrative generalist, you will bring extensive skills with software packages such as Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), various accounting software and CRM systems.

Everything from reception to managing PPE, supplies, reporting and accounts, the role itself will never be mundane considering the range of tasks at hand and the departments you'll be supporting. You will be the go-to person across the business!

With your solutions-mindset, strong attention to detail, action oriented nature and desire to support all stakeholders with their own respective tasks, you'll see the bigger picture clearly and know that your role is paramount in delivering an outstanding customer experience for all.

You bring a bright, positive attitude with you to work knowing how this promotes a work environment conducive to fun, professionalism and effective outcomes.

You are interested in part time work (up to 2 days per week) around the Mascot area and will be flexible with remote working as required by the organisation.
