The Role
As the Accounting and Administration Manager, you will manage all aspects of accounting, finance, payroll, and administrative support.
The Person
For this role, we are seeking a detail-oriented individual with proven bookkeeping expertise, proficiency in MYOB and other accounting software, exceptional data entry skills, a degree or certificate in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, excellent communication abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll processing for approximately 120 full-time, part-time, and casual staff.
- Management of payroll tax obligations in NSW, Queensland, and Victoria.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Calculation and completion of the Quarterly BAS and PAYG withholding.
- Payment and administration of workers compensation obligations.
- Invoicing and administration of accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
- Additional administrative tasks.
