Site Foreman - Roadworks experience required

$53-$61ph + Super | Full-Time Hours | 9-Day Fortnight

We're currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman with a strong background in roadworks to join Spinifex/ Tweed Shire Council. This is a casual role offering full-time hours, a great work-life balance with a 9-day fortnight, and genuine long-term potential.

The Opportunity:

• Lead and supervise road construction and maintenance crews
• Coordinate daily site operations, plant, and resources
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman within civil roadworks
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance
• Relevant tickets/licences (White Card essential)
