Administration Opportunities | Mining | Orange NSW

We are currently seeking experienced Administrators for ongoing casual assignments at a major mining operation near Orange. Offering consistent full time hours and long term rostered work, these opportunities are ideal for candidates with experience in busy maintenance, fleet or workshop environments.

Opportunities Available

Underground Fleet Clerk

7/7 roster, days only

  • Support the Underground + Surface fleet team

  • Manage fleet and workshop administration

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Process work orders and data entry within maintenance systems

Fixed Plant Administrator

Monday to Friday roster

  • Support the Fixed Plant Maintenance team

  • Coordinate maintenance administration and documentation

  • Process work orders, purchase orders and reporting

  • Provide general administrative support to the maintenance department

About You

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy, fast paced environment

  • Experience working within a high traffic administration role

  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent computer literacy and communication skills

  • SAP experience, highly regarded

  • Previous experience in a fleet, workshop, maintenance or mining environment, highly regarded

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team

Mandatory Requirements

To be considered for these opportunities, you must:

  • Hold a current C Class driver's licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle

  • Be willing and able to work in an underground mining environment (not negotiable for 7/7 Fleet Clerk)

  • Be able to successfully complete a Pre Employment Medical (PEM), including drug and alcohol screening

  • Be able to pass a National Police Check
  • Live within one hour of site - This is not a FIFO or DIDO role, accommodation is not offered
